1. Corporate conference and function entertainment

Our experienced team of actors, directors, singers, musicians and directors can create a piece of entertainment tailor-made for your industry. We come to you to discuss a variety of ways in which this can be done. We can write an entire comedy based around your particular area. You give us all the facts, the events that occur, the jargon, the personalities etc. and we will come up with a script that will be extraordinarily entertaining. You can determine the length of the piece of theatre. This entertainment package usually involves a combination of acting and singing.

You determine at which point in the conference or function you would like this entertainment package to occur. This will largely depend on the type of event. For example, we have performed entertaining pieces at the conclusion of pharmaceutical or psychiatric conferences, where the information discussed throughout the conference is usually of a dry and academic nature. Participants then have the opportunity to laugh a lot at the end of the conference. At Christmas functions etc., you may prefer your piece of entertainment to occur in the middle of your event. The choice is entirely yours.

2. Gentle Background Music

If you are looking for live background entertainment for your function, we can offer you a variety of musicians and/or singers. We come to you to discuss the type of music you would prefer for your event.

3. Educational Performances

We can tailor-make a theatre piece that provides an educational function for your event, as opposed to pure entertainment. For example, you may wish to educate your participants (or raise questions) on a particular issue. A performance could be used to initiate (or stimulate) discussion. For example, we performed a play dealing with youth suicide prior to a forum involving social workers, teachers and health care professionals. This play was created in a sensitive manner and addressed the realities of the topic, while also incorporating humourous moments.

4. Drama Workshops

If you think your staff will benefit from a drama workshop, we are definitely the people to come to! Participants can take part in weekend or one-day workshops which are designed around having fun and re-connecting with one’s creativity. These workshops are designed for adults who have little or no acting experience and are a wonderful form of stress-release. They also provide many drama games and exercises which enable people to work together as a team and offer participants the opportunity to gain much greater confidence when speaking in front of people. The drama workshops we offer to organisations are of a general nature, and although we do not centre them around your particular area of work, the nature of the workshops offer benefits to employees from any industry or profession.
